Livermore, CA Fountains

Decorated for Christmas and lit with red and green lights the new fountain in Livermore was quite festive. Other photographs of Livermore are available in the California Album.

Visited the Niles Canyon Railroad which runs Christmas trains between Sunol and Niles. Old restored city buses are used to ferry passengers from the city to the train station. Photographs can be viewed in the California Album.

Finally published a book with several of my favorite photographs as a portfolio. It’s available from blurb.com and can be purchased and shipped directly to you. I plan on publishing albums of photographs of flowers, places, and nature.

Updated the News page to allow for variable font sizes. The reader can now select to increase or decrease the size of the font used for postings. Each click of the font sizing buttons will either increase
by one point or decrease
by one point.

Repaired the news page as the archive information was not linked to the page. When categories or months were selected in the archive the page was not found.

Upgraded Slideshow to version 1.8.8. Changed the main display to 3 colums, 6 rows, allowing for computers will less screen resolution to see more of the main display.

During my recent trip to Idaho, I stopped along the highway and captured several images of the high plains of Idaho and Nevada.

The order images are presented in albums was reversed. Now all the newer photographs will be presented first. This makes it easier for returning visitors to see the newest images.

Added two new flowers to the album. Yellow lilies and the Amethyst Falls wisteria.

Added 10 new images of Yosemite in the spring. The trees were just sprouting leaves and the falls were flowing with spring runoff. Quite windy too.
